DESCRIPTION Sika Antisol A-4 White is a water dispersed acrylic copolymer based white pigmented curing compound. It is ready to use and simple to apply.Sika Antisol A4 White will form a thin film, covering the surface of the concrete to prevent premature water loss due to evaporation. USES Sika Antisol A-4 White is sprayed on to newly laid concrete surfaces to form a thin film barrier against premature water loss, without disturbing the normal setting action. No need to remove Sika Antisol A-4 White from concrete surface for subsequent application of acrylic water based paints, cement plasters, gypsum plaster, tile adhesives etc. We recommend to conduct compatibility test between Sika Antisol A-4 White and subsequent application material before start of application of Sika Antisol A-4 White. Protect from direct sunlight and frost. Density ~1.03 kg/l at 25C 1 / 2 APPLICATION INFORMATION Consumption 5 to 6.5 m2 per liter depending on wind, humidity and temperature condition. Actual measured data may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS Do not apply Sika Antisol A-4 White on contaminated concrete surfaces (mould release agent, oil, stains, etc.) as this can lead to concrete stains and peel off of the curing compound layer. Excess quantity applied on very smooth concrete surfaces, can lead to peel off of curing compound. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS APPLICATION Sika Antisol A-4 White is ready to use. Do not dilute. Stir well before use. Sika Antisol A-4 White curing compound can be applied by a sprayer, brush or paint roller. For maximum beneficial effect, it should be applied immediately after disappearance of the surface water sheen following final finishing on horizontal surfaces. For vertical surfaces, apply immediately after removal of formwork. Apply single coat in two applications at right angles to each other to ensure uniform and more complete coverage. After application, the area must be protected from rain for at least 2-3 hours.
